Just download our
PC Phone dialer, create a calling account and then make domestic long
distance and international or mobile calls directly from your PC and
surf the Internet at the same time.
CallingPlaces PC-2-Phone
VoIP service provides
you with a PC Phone download client dialer that can be downloaded onto
your PC in seconds. CallingPlaces PC Phone
technology allows you
to place high quality, long distance and international phone calls over
the Internet through your
computer, to more than 240 countries around the world.
Your PC must meet the following system
requirements
WINDOWS XP, NT,
2000, 98,
and ME
operating systems. Linux, Unix and Macintosh OS are not currently
supported (some
versions of Windows 98 are not supported).
Speakers and a microphone (external or internal). We recommend use of a
headset for best quality. 56k modem connection, the higher your
connection speed the better the call quality. Minimum
data transmission of 6.3k is required.

full-duplex sound card

Service uses the latest VoIP technology to transport your calls.
Calls are routed to our network via the
Internet using VoIP and terminated through our Tier One Carrier Network,
which utilizes ISDN and SS7 TDM connections.
