How does it work?
The provider assigns an E.164 (PSTN) numbers to the end user. This can be either a local or international number, or both allowing the user to make and receive calls to and from the PSTN at local rates. The user dials the number directly – no need for special prefixes or IDA codes. All that is required from the user is an internet connection to send/receive the calls.
