If it is determined that your purchased product is faulty, you have three options for the type of RMA that will be issued:

	Swap: You return device to us. When we receive the device and inspect it, we return a new working device to you via standard shipping.
	Instant: You purchase a replacement device from the CallingPlaces Store and it is shipped to you within one business day. You return the defective device to us. After we receive the device and inspect it, we reimburse your second purchase.
	Return: You return device to us. After we receive the device and inspect it, we reimburse you for the original cost of the device, minus a 20 percent restocking fee.

Problem Description*:
Be as detailed as possible. For example: Did the device ever function correctly? Can you access configuration screens? If applicable, can you access the device voice menu? Are lights blinking on the device and if so, which lights? Have you tried to configure the device with a service provider, and, if so, which provider? Have you contacted the provider for help? Is your device connected to a cable modem, DSL modem, router or switch? Have you tried using different cables?
