1. The caller dials in, using the local or 800 phone number
2. The IVR server, prompts the caller to enter his/her account ID (PIN).
3. The system authenticates the caller, prompts the VoIP gateway to announce the account balance and asks the caller to dial the destination number.
4. After the destination number has been entered, the system announces the maximum call duration. Once the call is completed, it is charged to the caller’s account balance.

The calling card user may log in to the account web interface to access call history (CDRs), payment information (credit card info), language options, and many other features.

Callback calling card: This is a prepaid product, and the End-user's CLI is NOT registered on the Calling Card PIN.

All End-users dial the same French DDI number such as 33254569875 when they require a callback.

When a call is detected at the DDI number, the user's CLI number is called back, and the caller is prompted to enter their Calling Card PIN number.

Once the account is verified, the End-user has a predefined credit to make any number of consecutive outgoing calls.
