Marketing Numbers

From 1st August 2009 0870 numbers are no longer be available. Alternative numbers are available including 0844 and 03xx numbers. For more information please contact your account manager on 0333 101 0000. 

Please also note that due to regulatory changes from OFCOM from this date 0870 numbers are chargeable and will no longer provide revenue share. Existing 0870 customers are charged 3p/min + VAT for all received incoming calls to their 0870 number.

To order a marketing number select the type of number you wish to order from the drop down menu below. The following types of number are currently available:

  • 0800/0808 – Free phone numbers. The owner of the number is charged to receive incoming calls. The caller is not charged.

  • 0845 – Lo-call rate numbers. The owner of the number incurs a charge to receive incoming calls and the caller is charged approx 3-5p/min.

  • 0871 – National fixed rate numbers. The caller is charged 10p/min. The owner of the number earns a rebate.

  • 09xx – Premium rate numbers. The owner of the number sets the call charge between 15ppm and 150ppm. The owner of the number receives a rebate. 09 numbers are regulated by ICSTIS. Select the numbers you wish to order/reserve from the list and select the “Add to my selection” link. You can order up to 5 marketing numbers per order. Once selected you can choose to reserve the numbers for up to 3 days or place your order straight away. After 3 days all reserved numbers are relisted for sale.

Select the “Next” button to continue with your order. You will be required to provide the underlying 01/02 number the marketing number is to be terminated to and your customers’ contact and company details.

  • Gives you a 'national' rather than a local company presence
  • Gain a high rebate commission for each INCOMING call at all times
  • Caller will be charged at 10p/min at all times
  • Lead time: 48 working hours after we receive the order

Lead time: Due to UK telecom regulations, we need to obtain a permission for each premium rate number. The application process takes approximately 30 working days.
