Typographical errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Pricing: Despite our best efforts there will be errors in pricing within our online store. In the event of an error because prices should be lower the price will be reduced. In the event that the price should be higher we will contact you to obtain your assent to a higher charge before processing payment.

Handling Complaints: All complaints should be sent by email to info@callingplaces.com or by post to: CallingPlaces Ltd, 12 Ashbourne Road, Ealing, London W5 3ED. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a two week period. The consumer will be informed throughout the process.

Statutory Rights: Nothing contained within our Terms and Conditions in any way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
