Calling Card Solution
How does it work?
The user dials the access number of the service provider. Because Calling Places Managed Calling card service is SIP based, the user can also place the call using any softphone solution available, such as Windows Messenger, or Xlite. The platform prompts the user for the PIN number. After receiving the digits and validating it, the user will hear an announcement telling them the remaining credit on account. They will then be asked to enter the destination number.
After receiving the destination digits, the platform calculates the maximum call duration and informs the user. Once the call has been completed, it is charged to the user's balance. The user can also view their call history in the customer care interface. Here they can also view other information such as payment details and options, language options, and other features.
