Step 1 - Registration Every new phone number will need to be registered before using call back. 2 easy ways to register: - Web Registration - enter account number, PIN and phone number in the web form found in your panel.
- Mobile Registration - call the access number provided in your panel.
- Call the Access Number
- Listen for at least 1 ring, hang up and wait for call back.
- Enter your account number and PIN.
If you have already registered using SMS, WAP or WEB Call back, you do not need to register again.
Step 2 - Make Calls - Dial one of the callback access numbers provided in your panel.
- Listen for at least 1 ring and hang up and wait for call back.
- Pick up the hand set on the callback and listen for a 'BEEP'.
- Enter in the destination number you wish to call follow by #. Example - 9654435676#
