CallingPlaces accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for payment. All credit card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. Using this method of payment insures immediate credit to your existing reseller and/or agent control panel. For new customers and exceptions, the billing department will work directly with you to apply credit. In addition to the credit card information needed below, CallingPlaces requires all resellers and agents to provide a photocopy of government issued identification, a photocopy, front and back, of the credit card being used and signed authorization of the credit card holder.

The Western Union Service is a guaranteed money transfer service that lets you pay in your local currency. The maximum amount that can be sent per transaction is US$ 5,000 or equivalent in local currency.

Pay the cashier the amount you wish to credit to your voip-account and the Western Union transaction fee. Once you have made the payment, you will be given a receipt with a transaction identification number known as the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). The MTCN is confirmation you have paid and may assist in tracking the payment. Normally it will take a maximum of 5 days to process your payment.

Please ensure to use the correct Transaction Reference, Name and Number otherwise we cannot allocate the payment to your account!

Important information

- If the Transaction Reference is incorrect or missing, the order can not be processed. Some banks do not automatically send us the Transaction Reference or Number, even if it is mentioned on the bank transfer form. So please let your bank confirm that they included the Transaction Reference in the payment description.

- If the amount paid is lower than the minimum amount mentioned on this page your payment will not be processed nor will we issue a refund.

- We will update your credit as soon as your bank transfer has arrived in our bank account. The processing of these payments takes max. 7 business days

- Please do not combine payments for several orders in one bank transfer.
