The actual download speed of your connection will depend upon a number of factors including whether your exchange has been upgraded to support speeds up to 24Mb/s (if it has not we are able to offer download speeds of up to 8Mb/s), how long your line is, the quality of the actual cabling to your premises and the equipment you use.
