CallingPlaces currently operates an international network and gateways in New York, Frankfurt and London; with automated, state-of-the-art network and with operations centres in England we have the ability to terminate traffic in over 540 Destinations worldwide. CallingPlaces are actively operating in the carrier market and have International Direct Operating Agreements enabling us to enter into International Bilateral Agreements with local PTT's. In each of our In-Country Operations there are large demands for delivery of Voice Traffic in particular for the Middle East, Africa and Asia region. With this in mind we welcome the opportunity of a direct strategic relationship with Licensed Operators and National PTT's Due to the large numbers of customers we already have means that we also have corresponding high levels of traffic to your country. This traffic is currently delivered via one of a number of carriers/operators that we currently are Interconnected with to terminating our traffic. It is important to note that we are operating in the Carrier to Carrier market and can enter into direct bilateral agreement with Licensed Operators and National PTTs, to terminate their traffic to international destinations. By creating a strategic relationship with country Operators, we can assist them in terminating international minutes at a lower cost than at present or by helping the PTT to close refile or so called "grey illegal" routes into the country, which deprives the PTT of revenues and the country of valuable foreign exchange payments. We can help increase PTT's margin as well as help them to retain control over international telecommunications into and out of the country. Such relationship would also help to lower our cost-base and to increase our control over the reliability and quality of our traffic to the Country. This will also allow us to become more resilient to movements in price changes for clients in the country. We will provide the required telecommunication equipment and systems to the countries PTT and work with them to introduce new services to their International community such as international voice services, voice and data messaging. CallingPlaces would like to discuss the possibility of a Two-way correspondent agreement with local Operators. |
